Okay, guys, I haven’t tried using a waffle iron as a Panini maker yet, but I have been wishing for a Panini press for a long time.

The problem is—I really don’t want to clog up my kitchen workspace with another appliance. My cupboards and drawers are full enough. And, really, how often would I use it? Clearly, I’ve been having trouble justifying this.
