Katie raises these soybeans to shell and eat green. You may know them as “edamame” (pronounced ˌe-də-ˈmä-mā). Boil the whole pod, shell and all, dunk the pod in soy sauce or butter, and twist to pop the tender green soybeans into your mouth. Heavenly!
