Today, I’m bringing you this easy Greek Chicken Pita Filling. This recipe requires only 5 ingredients, 2 of which are simply spices! This would be incredibly easy to prep before you even leave for your vacation. Greek Chicken Pita Filling

Makes 4 servings
Prep. Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 6–8 hours
Ideal slow-cooker size: 2- to 3-qt.
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp. lemon pepper
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ cup plain yogurt
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 6–8 hours, or until chicken is tender.
2. Just before serving, remove chicken and shred with two forks.
3. Add shredded chicken back into slow cooker and stir in oregano and yogurt.
Serving suggestion: Serve as a filling for pita bread.
