Prep. Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes–1 hour
Ideal slow-cooker size: 2½- or 3-qt.
2 tomatoes, each cut in half
½ Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. parsley, chopped, or ¼ tsp. dry parsley flakes
¼ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. dried basil
1. Spray slow cooker crock with cooking spray. Place tomato halves in crock.
2. Drizzle oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
3. Cover. Cook on High 45 minutes–1 hour.
