1 lb. low-fat ground beef or turkey
8-oz. pkg. grated low-fat Mexican cheese
16-oz. jar mild, thick and chunky picante salsa, or thick and chunky salsa
6-oz. can refried beans
1. Brown meat in nonstick skillet.
2. Place meat and remaining ingredients into your crock and stir.
3. Cover and cook on Low for 3 hours, or until all ingredients are heated through and melted.
