Dark Chocolate Lava Cake

Ideal slow-cooker size: 4-qt.
1 cup dark cocoa powder
2⁄3 cup maple syrup
2⁄3 cup chopped dark chocolate, chopped into very fine pieces or shaved
1. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl and then slowly whisk in the remaining ingredients.
2. Spray the crock with nonstick spray.
3. Pour the egg/chocolate mixture into the crock.
4. Cover and cook on Low for 2–3 hours with some folded paper towel under the lid to collect condensation. It is done when the middle is set and bounces back up when touched.
