Slow Cooker Loaded Cauliflower Soup
Hope Comerford, Clinton Township, MI
Makes 8–10 servings
Prep. Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 hours
Ideal slow-cooker size: 5-qt.
32 oz. chicken bone broth
2 cups heavy cream
2 heads cauliflower, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp. pepper
1. Place all ingredients into crock. Stir until combined.
2. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
3. With an immersion blender or a potato masher, mash any remaining chunks in your soup.
Serving suggestion: Top with shredded cheese, cooked chopped bacon, and chopped green onions.
