Juicy Orange Chicken – High-Protein • Gluten-Free • Dairy-Free • Low-Cal • Low-Fat

Makes 6 servings
Prep. Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 6–8 hours
Ideal slow cooker size: 5- or 6-qt.
18–24 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 cup orange juice, no additives
¼ cup honey
6 small oranges, peeled and sliced
¼ cup Bragg’s liquid aminos
6 cups broccoli slaw
1. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker except the broccoli slaw.
2. Cover and cook on high 3–4 hours or low 6–8 hours.
3. Divide mixture between 6 mason jars.
4. Add 1 cup broccoli slaw to each mason jar.
5. Pour into a bowl when you’re ready to eat!
