Creamy Italian Chicken

Ideal slow-cooker size: 3-qt.
2 lbs. chicken tenders
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
¼ cup water
8-oz. pckg. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of mushrooms drained, optional
1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
2. Combine dressing mix and water. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover and cook on Low 3 hours.
4. Beat cream cheese and soup together and stir in mushrooms if you like. Pour over chicken and cook 1 hour longer.
Serve over rice.
