Today is National Chocolate Day, so what better day than this to share this easy and amazing Hot Chocolate – 3 Ways recipe with you from Fix-It and Forget-It Holiday Favorites?! It’s as simple as pouring some milk you like, a little vanilla and a bit of your favorite peppermint bak, dark or orange chocolate into the crock and voila! To make it even fancier (and in my opinion, tastier) top your cup with a bit of whipped cream! For a little more adult “warming” you can add in a shot of peppermint or orange schnapps to each cup!
Halloween is in a few days! I know I’ll have this in my crock while we’re out trick or treating in the cold Michigan weather so we can all come back and warm up with a cup!
