Prep. Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 3–4 hours
Ideal slow cooker size: 5- or 6-qt.
1Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
½ tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup diced prosciutto
½ cup chopped onion
1. Spray your crock with non-stick spray.
2. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, basil, mint, sage, oregano, sea salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Pour this mixture into the crock.
3. Sprinkle the prosciutto and onion evenly over the egg mixture in the crock.
4. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours.
