Chili Lime Corn on the Cob

Ideal slow-cooker size: 6-qt.
6 ears of corn, shucked and cleaned
6 Tbsp. butter, at room temperature
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp. lime zest
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1. Tear off 6 pieces of aluminum foil to fit each ear of corn. Place each ear of corn on a piece of foil.
2. Mix together butter, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Divide butter mixture evenly between six ears of corn and spread it over ears of corn. Wrap them tightly with foil so they don’t leak.
4. Place the foil-wrapped ears of corn into crock. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
