My favorite recipe is making Beef Tri-Tip in the Crock pot. My own recipe. You brown the roast first, then put it in the crock pot, slice a whole onion and lay the slices over the roast. Pour 1 cup of wine over the roast, add 1 cup of salsa. Cook until it falls apart with a fork.

My favorite recipe is Quick & Easy Spaghetti. I make this at least twice a month or more as it does make a lot for 2 people. But, I have made so many others. I love these cookbooks and would love to have a new one. I make something in my crockpot at least 4 times a week.

My favorite video is one that I just made this week. The roasted garlic and herb butter. Not only did I use it for my flank steak, I put it in the mashed potatoes the next night and used the last of it for butter on my garlic bread with spaghetti last night. Awesome and simple to make.
