Quick and Easy Nacho Dip is the recipe for you. Most likely you will have many or all of the ingredients already in your pantry or refrigerator, and it cooks up in a short two hours.

Quick and Easy Nacho Dip

Makes 10-15 servings
Prep. Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 hours
Ideal slow-cooker size: 3 qt.
1 lb. ground beef
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of onion, powder
2 garlic cloves, minced, optional
2 16-oz. jars salsa (as hot or mild as you like)
15-oz. can refried beans
1 ½ cups sour cream
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1. Brown ground beef. Drain.
2. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic if you wish.
3. Combine beef, salsa, beans, sour cream, and 2 cups cheese in slow cooker.
4. Cover. Heat on Low 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
Serving suggestion. Serve with tortilla chips.
