Makes 4-6 servings
Prep. Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 ½ – 5 hours
Ideal slow-cooker size: 3-qt.
2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen cauliflower, chopped, thawed
8-oz. jar cheese sauce
4 slices bacon, crisply browned and crumbled
1. Place cauliflower in slow cooker.
2. Pour cheese over top. Top with bacon.
3. Cover. Cook on High 1 ½ hours and then reduce to Low for an additional 2 hours. Or cook only on Low 4-5 hours.
Perfect!!! I will definitely try this for a side with our Easter dinner ham….THANKS!!!

What brand of cheese sauce? I have never seen cheese sauce in a jar, so I am not sure what I am looking for. Thanks
I think the cheese sauce is probably a product like Cheese Whiz.>
Or maybe you could try something with a little kick, get a jar of the Tositos cheese

I could not find 10 oz bags of cauliflower so used 2 16 oz bags a small box of veleeta cheese and bacon bits used for salads…. Came out great !
