Prep. Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 3-4 hours
Ideal slow cooker size: 4- to 5-quart
1 ½ – 2 cups shredded cheese, your choice
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1. Beat eggs. Pour into slow cooker.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on Low 3-4 hours.
