Game-Day Blue-Cheese Dip

Game-Day Blue-Cheese Dip #1

Planning a Super Bowl party? Here’s a unique and very tasty slow-cooker dip with a tangy blue cheese twist. We like the way the blue cheese flavor comes through clearly, without being overpowering. This dip is wonderful with crackers and raw veggies, but we can see it pairing nicely with Buffalo wings as well.

So enjoy the game, and all the great eats that go along with it! What’s on your game day menu?

Do you really think a 3qt cooker works for this? I’m looking at the ingredient sizes and I’m thinking one of the tiny ones might work as well?
