Low Fat Apple Cake
Our local orchard is just starting to offer the earliest summer apples. With names like Yellow Transparent, Pristine, and Summer Rambo, summer apples are golden, sweet, and light, just like our Low Fat Apple Cake.
Think of it as a preview of the autumn apple desserts still to come.
One serving of this slow cooker treat packs just 180 calories (10 from fat), unless you serve it a la mode, with a scoop of low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt.
