Fix-It and Forget-It

We love garlic. It adds so much to what could be an otherwise bland dish. It can be stored beautifully for the long winter months and used even while the new generation of garlic is still growing in the spring.

But mincing garlic can be a challenge. Peeling the garlic presents enough complications, but then the garlic gets stuck in the garlic press and it feels like you throw away more than what you actually use.

The Garlic Twist is a great product that allows you to use all of this precious resource to its fullest potential. You use the whole clove with virtually no waste.

Peel the garlic with the bottom of the Twist, put the whole clove into the Twist and simply twist until the garlic is minced the way you want it.

Cleanup is simple. Simply turn the “Teeth” perpendicular to one another and open the Garlic Twist. You can then scoop the garlic out easily with a spoon or spatula.
