Fix-It and Forget-It

We do really love living in Pennsylvania for the four distinct seasons. We get to have hot summers, a gorgeous autumn leaf show, a chance of a white Christmas, and then the glorious surprise of spring flowers and leaves.

However, winter can feel a little long after Christmas. When wintry mix is falling from the sky instead of pretty snow, we do think longingly of Florida. If we can’t get to a warm beach in February, we warm up in other ways. Soup is a good way.
