This week at The Good Cooking Store, we chopped potatoes, parsnips, and carrots for a cooking class, celery for a blog, plus tomatoes, onions and green peppers for our in-store demonstrations. We chop a lot! Although we have some wonderful knives, sometimes we like the ease of the VeggiChop.
This little gadget saves time! And really, it’s fun to pull the cord and watch the vegetables fly into bits. The VeggiChop is great for anything from big batches of salsa in the summer to an onion that needs to be chopped for tonight’s dinner. The three blades chop quickly and the more you pull the cord, the finer the vegetable is chopped.
For safety, there’s a gripper on the bottom to avoid any slippage on the countertop.
The VeggiChop is available at The Good Cooking Store . And, yes, we do ship!
