Laundry Day

Laundry Day

An Amish woman’s clothesline is a sight to behold. It’s often as neat and tidy and colorful as her well-tended garden and flowerbeds.

I love the photos you post. Postcard beautiful. Laundry day in south Louisiana is traditionally on Monday along with a simmering pot of red-beans-and-rice day. They are wonderful cooked in the slow cooker! This recipe would go great with your photo.

beautiful! I’m always fascinated by what things are hung together, and the color of the linens/towels. I’m a laundry geek.
