We can hardly resist this Mexican Casserole. We just love it. We might even call it our favorite. And why not? It’s easy, cheesy, and kind on the waistline.
We brown the ground beef before tossing it in the slow cooker, but we don’t mind this extra step at all because this means we get to use our Swiss Diamond skillet!
Swiss Diamond skillets are actually made of diamonds. (Fun Fact: Did you know diamonds are one of the hardest materials on earth?) This means these pans are completely durable.
And it just keeps getting better, folks!
This pan distributes heat evenly so that all the meat (or whatever you’re fryin’) is finished at the same time. No more making sure all the beef has a turn in the middle of the pan in order to cook it evenly.
Plus, this pan can go in the dishwasher and oven up to 500°F!
