At The Good Cooking Store, we’ve been enjoying using some wonderful new summertime tools.
One of these great gadgets is a Pepper Corer. It comes as a set with two sizes of corers—one for jalapenos and one for sweet peppers. The little guy snaps inside the big guy for easy storage—and so you don’t lose either one—if your tool drawer is like mine!
You just insert the corer into the top of the pepper, twist, and then pull the core out.
Simple. Yet somehow profound. Why didn’t I think of this?

my husband would adore this. he is forever starting at the bottom of the pepper because he hates coring it so much. then he puts the top in a container in the fridge for me to use!
