One of our best-selling items at The Good Cooking Store is something that none of the staff had used until we opened the store: a poach pod set.
So we pulled one out and poached eggs one day. The result of our experiment? These silicone pods are super-easy to poach with, and the eggs turn out beautifully. Plus, the pods don’t require a lot of storage space or a special pan for poaching eggs.
In addition, you can use the pods for many other things… from melting chocolate to baking mini cakes, to making flans or molded desserts. Now we know why they are such a popular item among our customers!
