Slow Cooker Recipe

Hot Beef Dip

chip and dip

The Hot Beef Dip was a big hit here at the office. We loved the warm and spicy flavor mixed with the crunch of a cracker. This dip would be great as an appetizer or with a hearty soup such as Italian Chicken Chili.

I think substituting taco seasoned cheese or pepper jack would be great in this.

Where does one find dried chipped beef?

      > They probably mean Buddig Beef. You can find it in the lunch meat section of the grocery store. This stuff is good if you add it to some white milk gravey and pour over toast…one of my childhood favorites.
